Our Guarantee:
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all orders. Try your fragrance, experience it, and if it’s not the right fit, we’ve got you covered.
Returns & Exchanges
You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible:
• The fragrance must still contain most of the original liquid (around 90–95%)
• The item must be returned in its original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Refunds:
All approved returns are issued as store credit.
This allows you to explore a different scent until you find the one that’s right for you.
• Store credit is delivered via email
• No expiration
• Original shipping costs are not included
Exchanges
We’re happy to help you switch to another fragrance.
• One exchange per order
• You may choose any scent from our collection
• If there is a price difference, it will be adjusted accordingly
Return Shipping
• Customers are responsible for return shipping
• We recommend using a trackable service

At this time, returns and exchanges are only available for orders within the United States.
