Refund Policy

At SLAM Fragrances, we want you to feel confident trying a new fragrance. If a full-size fragrance isn’t right for you, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

Full-Size Fragrance Returns

To be eligible for a return:

• The return must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
• The bottle must contain at least 90% of the original fragrance.
• Proof of purchase is required.
• Original product packaging is not required.

Once your return is approved, SLAM Fragrances will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

After the returned item is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Discovery Sets

Discovery Sets are final sale and non-refundable.

Eligible Discovery Set purchases may receive a $10 discount code for a future order according to the offer terms shown at the time of purchase.

3-Pack Returns

Individual fragrances from a 3-Pack may be returned if they meet the return requirements above.

If only part of a 3-Pack is returned, the fragrances you keep will be recalculated at the individual selling price that was in effect when the bundle was purchased. Your refund will be based on the remaining amount originally paid after that recalculation.

A refund will never exceed the amount originally paid for the order.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, leaking, defective, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at contact@slamfragrances.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and you will not be responsible for return shipping for an approved damaged, defective, leaking, or incorrect item.

How to Start a Return

Email contact@slamfragrances.com with:

• Your order number
• The item you would like to return
• The reason for the return

We will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund.
